What we took on, step by step
- Reports. Raw tester file in, finished client report out, his way. His steps are written down and followed each time. If a reading's missing, it's left blank and goes back to him to check. It doesn't get made up.
- Checks before anything goes out. We check the finished reports against his job details before they're sent.
- Then the rest. Once the reports were sorted, more came off his plate: his LinkedIn, his web pages and his website.
